Delacombe Primary School Diversity Tree

Our school came together to create a Diversity Tree in celebration of Multicultural Day. A powerful symbol of who we are. Each leaf proudly displays the names and cultures of our students and staff, coming together to form one strong and united community.

The tree reminds us that while we are all unique, we grow side by side, connected through respect, kindness, and inclusion. Every leaf matters, and every student belongs.

Our Diversity Tree celebrates the richness of our backgrounds and the shared values that unite us as one school community. It represents our commitment to inclusivity—a place where differences are not only acknowledged, but celebrated, and where every child feels seen, valued, and proud of who they are.

Multicultural Club

Students in the Multicultural Club work collaboratively to celebrate diversity and promote cultural awareness within our school community. Through planning and participating in social and cultural events, students deepen their understanding of a wide range of cultures through personal exploration and research. The club highlights upcoming events, fosters inclusive language, and creates opportunities for learning, connection, and mutual respect. Weekly lunchtime activities are open to all students, providing a welcoming space where everyone can learn, share, and feel valued.
