P-6 ENROLMENTS
Enrolment forms
Once you have confirmed your child is in the DPS zone and attended a tour, you are ready to enrol!
Enrolments may be completed using the online form below or returning the form you received during your school tour
To complete your application, please provide the following documentation:

Birth Certificate.

Current Immunisation Statement.

Medical Action Plan (if applicable) for Asthma/Anaphylaxis.

For Overseas students, a current visa.

Proof of Residential Address as per the 100-point Checklist
Documents should show the same address and parent’s/carer’s name as recorded on the school enrolment application form.
Enrolment applications may not be successful if the requested documentation is not provided.

If you wish, you may print a copy of our enrolment pack to complete at your convenience. Please download the document above and follow the checklist to ensure your child's enrolment is processed smoothly.

A child can enrol in Prep if they turn five in that year by 30 April.

International Students
Depending on your child's visa, they may be required to apply through the international student program and pay fees.
